I am a third generation Pasadena area builder licensed since 1984. My grandfather and father were both notable Architects here dating to 1922. While we have never collaborated on work together I have known Debbie Talianko and her husband for well over 18 years and when my wife and I were ready to remodel our master bath there was no question as to who was to be engaged for the new design. Debbie is the rare individual in her field who does not rely on a thematic scheme. She creates a fresh and new concept for each client and their environs while lending consideration to continuity and harmony of the overall style of a homes design. She has cultivated and refined relationships with suppliers and the many trades that conduct the work and she takes ownership of the project and is always vigilant in her clients best interest.

Debbie is a professional in every sense of the word and clearly has a great eye for design. We are currently working on a remodel of our kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and bath. She is assisting us with all of the aesthetics of our remodel: furniture, fabrics, window treatments, tile, flooring, paint etc. Debbie and her staff have been an absolute delight to work with. She is helping us figure out the look we want and has been very patient throughout the process. She helped us establish a budget and has done an incredible job providing us with truly beautiful options within our parameters. Debbie is working very hard to help us achieve our goal; to have the home of our dreams. Our remodel is still a work in progress and I am certain that the end result will be absolutely beautiful as the result of Debbie’s professional guidance and assistance.
