The girls here are all friendly, so no customer service issues. But seriously the owners have not trained the staff to understand the value of merchandise. I should have known better than to take anything designer here. You would think if they're unfamiliar with a brand they would do a quick google search to compare-- nope. They couldn't tell at all what something retails for. I get it you cant expect anywhere near what you paid for when you sell. But at very least 10-15% would be sufficient. They wanted to give me $6 for something well over $250. Apparently the thing to do here is take a giant suitcase of junk that is actually worth $1.50 IN TOTAl. I mean JUNK like stuff no one wants. Online trading is where it's at TBH, good luck to this little shop.
