Wow! I do not know where to begin! As a start up business in the Palm Springs area I identified the need for a dynamic website! I tried building my own, but every time I tried it looked like I made it in my garage! A friend of mine recommended Scott from Desert Digital Design. After seeing some of the sites that were created by Desert Digital Design, I decided to reach out to Scott. And I am glad that I did. (smartest move that I made pertaining to the development of my business). Scott was a pleasure to work with, very attentive to the wants and desires of what I thought the website should look like as well as very honest about ideas that I was throwing around about how I thought the website should look. Scott also designed a company logo for me that I have to say has got to be the most impressive logo that I have seen, and is a major element of creating a successful brand for A Better Way. Oh and the process did not break the bank! Scotts expertise and professionalism is something that every business needs to experience, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I have to say, that not only is he patient in teaching me the in and outs of word press, he responds to my every question and concern in an extremely timely manner! I had seen DDD’s work on the Artisan Chocolates site and loved it, but worried if the same could be done with a real estate sight that has to be set up with numerous constraints and compliance issues. The result is a sleek interface that’s as easy to use as it is beautiful to look at. I’m very glad I made a choice to invest locally with such a talented firm. Bam!

He is a fantastic designer and graphic artist, and knows Internet technology like no one else I’ve encountered. I could not say enough about Scott and his business. He took on my project and in typical web fashion the project continued to expand in scope. Each challenge and issue that popped up during the process was met and solved at an incredible pace. Scott completely over delivered on my project. We met early on and decided to band-aid an existing website that I inherited and simultaneously build a new website. Scott walked me through the process from changing servers to a new and better email system. I continue to throw new projects at him because of the quality of his work. Likewise, he has come back to me with new ways to enhance our new site. We are about to enter into a second phase and scope of work. I am happy to write this review because Scott's one of the good people out there. I don't have the expertise with coding and web building and I feel he has my back. It's rare to find his professionalism these days. I am happy to speak to anyone personally that is doing their due diligence looking for website help or design.

I came to Scott with some updates to my old site originally done in 1998 for my ad agency that I am reopening now after 10 years of being closed. We met for coffee and Scott was kind and clear that I was shooting myself in my foot using a 25 yo site done in HTML. He suggested I do a new site to be more modern and current and professional. I agreed. Scott took the lead and is taking great care of me. He designed a fabulous site for me. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a new site or digital upgrades and work. He's professional, creative and very talented. I enjoy working with him very much. I suggest you give him a call for digital and site work.
