Feedback:

Today I went to go see if I can type something on there computer and then print it and they where being racis because my father had a Mexican Id and the person that help us wasn’t even America they where Muslin.......I recommen to never go to that ups stored unless you like getting treated like there more mayor than you!!

No notary. When I asked, the person on the phone said, "they quit" with a hint of aggravation. I recommended changing their website. My recommendation was not a help.

I was trying to explain my question and was interrupted twice; he asked me, "what is the question" knowing I was trying to explain to him that so he could understand because my question is complicated due to a large package I need to send. (No answer to my question). Was so rude and unprofessional. If you can not give good customer service and hear the customer out then you should not be working there

Says back in 15 mins. Waited half an hour and still closed. Easte of time. Guy inside but door locked. 1pm wed.

Sign on door says "We'll be back in one hour. " But doesn't say when the hour started. The hours are also not posted outside. Other sign says "This store proudly operated by a member of your community" which means this is a franchise location, not a corporate one. I'll just have to take my package to a real ups store that keeps regular hours.

This is the worst ups store I've ever been too I paid 171.33 for my box my insurance to be sent out to jalisco 3-5 days And he went and send it through us post office and paid 92.95 ! I am very mad my box is still not there! I went to the post office and they were able to track my box down when this man couldn't even tell me what's going on with my box! I love ups.. but this store has bad service and rips u off!

Worst experience ever. I normally don’t post reviews but I make this an exception. The old guy from this branch was exceptionally rude and sarcastic. I filed a claim for my damaged package and the UPS took it for inspection and sent it back to this branch. Now the old guy from this store blamed me for that. Great! As if I am the one who made this stupid protocol. I’ve been following up for weeks and I am being patient about it (it’s normal to check the status of your claim, right?!). Poor service. Poor communication. This store deserves a negative rating.
