Karen, Don and Shirley all so incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Karen helped me pick out our bands she made it so simple and fun. I also brought my mothers rings in to get resized and fixed up. Don got them done so quickly and beautifully when my mom put them on she had a tear in her eyes. I am so thankful for everything that they have done for us!

Prompt and excellent service! I lost one of the earrings my husband had given me on our wedding day. Karen was quick to find a mate. While I was there I left my wedding ring for cleaning and when I picked it up they had not only cleaned it but also dipped it to restore it to like new! Excellent service.

I lost the diamond in my engagement ring and luckily had an insurance policy on it, I was fully prepared for a huge hassle between the jewler and insurance but I was wrong it couldn't have been easier. Don helped make all the arrangements to get it fixed, his daughter picked out a beautiful diamond (better than the first but don't tell my husband) and I had it back within a couple of days. They were completely professional, easy to work with and communicated with me through the entire process. I hands down will be going to them with all my Jewlery needs from now on and reccomend them to everyone.

Don’s has EXCEPTIONAL customer service & will do anything and everything to make you happy with whatever you are looking to purchase! I customized my engagement ring and they did an awesome job of helping with that and I had it within no time! They also have helped my fiancé with picking out jewelry for holidays for me and I’ll only shop here for my jewelry!
