Our company really didn't have an idea as to what we wanted besides "a new website". James and his team at E Pick asked their questions, listened to our requests, and came up with some great initial mock-ups. Furthermore, their proprietary online review system made it reviewing and critiquing simple as the process really got underway. We have been online for a few months now, and things are moving smoothly. James is still quick to reply with follow up help when I need it...which is really unexpected but very appreciated. We're very happy with the end result.

James did a great job for us. We are new to the ecommerce web space and needed something fast and functional for a soft launch of our store. Being new and an entry level customer made no difference to James. He was prompt, full of ideas and really helped us understand how things were going to function, even going so far as to record a video explaining some items to us as a tutorial.
