Eagle Point Technology has been a great help with helping me get a computer that I could use and actually like while going back to school. Super friendly and everytime I've called they've answered in a quick manner willing and eager to help. I'm a service connected disabled veteran and this company was more than helpful in getting me the computer I could use , and need!

I called them for technical support on software they sent me, and the guy on the other end, Scott, googled everything. I confirmed that I called for tech support and the tech support expert was googling the answers to my questions and he told me "you can just google it if you want". It was my wife who figured out how to implement the software, so I began to wonder why I even called for tech support. Initially left a one star review. The company reached out to me to try and work it out. I'm glad they wanted to work toward a solution, so bumped up my review to 3 stars.
