Even their own customer service guys are sick and tired of people calling them to fix their broken system. eFax is terrible. The support number connects to some random guy in india. Very rude. No actual information on how the system works. Look for a different company.They deserve to be shut down.(12/03/19 - EDIT Review 1year later: If anyone reads these 'reviews.' Please notice how efax recently got a big surge of 5-star reviews from a bunch of people with only 1 review ever written. Use your own judgement on which reviews are legit. And make your own decisions. Cheers.)
