My family and I have been staying here since we relocated to the Sacramento area in June, and I have to say it has been an amazing experience. We didn't really know what to expect seeing as how "trailer parks" are notorious for being crazy but that's not the case at this location. From day one the manager Mario has been super helpful, even meeting us outside of business hours when we were available to come down and see the park before we officially moved. They have been more than accommodating on several occasions since our arrival as well. It is quiet and calm, my kids love the nice clean pool, and we are more comfortable here than I ever thought we would be. I havn't had to worry about my children's safety, or anybody touching or taking our things either (which are standard worries for any densely populated area). All in all, I am very glad we chose this park to be at while we were making this huge transition to a new area and appreciate how well maintained everything here is!

I purchased a mobile home 3 months ago. It is centrally located for all my needs. The freeways and American River College are nearby and the rent is reasonable.Mario our manager is excellent. He is always busy but positive. He is friendly and answers my questions in a timely manner. He makes our park safe and clean. The people here are friendly. From what I see the mobile home park is a community

The manager Mario bend's over backwards to help people. He is truly Eleven Oaks. He is always working to make the place better. He most certainly deserves employee of the month, or better yet a big fat raise!!!!

Its got a lot better now that Omar and Karen are gone, gone back to Mexico.
