I told Lori at the hair salon before taking the appointement that i dont want bleach on my hair at all.i wanted a warm gold tone on my hair .but told her that i recentely cut my hair and i dont want it yo get damaged at all. And she asked me to bring a picture with me for what i want. And thats what i did.She ended up using bleach.Left it too much she was busy with other customers. My hair became white and burned. Some strands were falling at the salon and became melted . I showed her whats going on and she was in denial . She started to iron my hair to make it look better not caring that she was burning it further.i stopped her and just cheout. And she wasnt ashamed to charge me 140$ after all that she s done. My husband hated thr result because thats not what i showed him on the picture. And ofcourse we paid and i regret going there.soo bad. I read so many good reviews about Lori and thought that she knows what she is doing. I really regret going there. My hair is a mix of white and brown.instead of one color.Now i ll have to spend more to just fix the damage .

Lori is fantastic! I drive in from Charlotte not because there aren't hair studios in Charlotte, but because I enjoy my time visiting and the results are always great!

I found this salon through a Groupon and am so glad I did ! Lori Banal is awesome !! She listens to what you want and makes it happen . My color looks great! My sister who is also a hairstylist ( but lives out of state) raved about my color when I saw her recently. She was amazed at how Lori lightened it a lot without any brassy color coming thru which usually happens with my hair !

I had an appointment and There was no one at the front. I waited 30 minutes and nobody greeted nor helped me. Terrible service, I left and will not be coming back.
