Sergio helped me sort out my email issues, even set up a dummy account for me. Fantastic...!

i was told that i can still use my emails even though i cancelled the domain. The domain was 10 and the hosting i paid for was 59. Then i was told that the information was given by the billing team who knows nothing about technics. I paid for nothing. To get my email running i still need to pay for domain, which they increased from 10 to 17 pounds. Meanwhile, they are selling hosting with free domains to new customers. i was then told that i have passed the 30 day refund period. So i cant get my money back.So i paid for something which is meaningless, i was re assured by different people that my emails will work fine. Until 30 day refund time passed, i was threathened to pay more to get the things working again because i am stuck! How clever!Is that a total lie? I asked the telephone support named Joe Bowel. And his replied is yes.... Great one! eUKhost!

Arnold K helped me just now, after I lost my password for an email address and also couldn't get into cPanel to fix it. Very patient, didn't take long for him to get me going again.

They actually just tried to blackmail me.They took my websites down - advised me that my £5.99 service is not good enough to host WordPress sites (despite being sold it for that specific requirement originally), then advised I had to pay £12.99 a month for a VPS service.I refused, and miraculously my websites are working again.For now. Have had a whole 'host' of issues since migrating to them.

The worst experience with one of the advisers. having a technical fault - and then being addressed to billing . The message on this site is PRIVACY ERROR - your connection is not secured. The response is slow and and effective (Adviser HadwinJ not hepful.
