He is engaging on a very human level, and thus is able to understand and implement the unique needs of his clients. His general nature is calm and embracing. My experience of him with my particular project is that he just wanted to create a sight with me that reflected my ideas to the utmost. He is not at all ego-based in his approach, or condescending in any way, and was easily able to step out of the way whenever his creative muses might not fully jibe with mine, which was seldom.
