Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Doug worked with an existing set of plans I had and exceeded my expectations. I was under a time crunch and he made sure to get it done. I would absolutely recommend giving Final Draft a call.

It started out well but ended badly. They missed several details that caused many delays and lots of $$$$. They offered a discount but then reneged and did not honor their pricing. I would look elsewhere. Update: Your team told me you would credit 850. And you only credited 625. I paid nearly twice the original fee quoted. So any additional work was paid for in advance. Your team never took into account the ICF forms that I was using even though I repeatedly gave you the info. If the engineer had this info beforehand he would have given me a more accurate price.

We use Final Draft for all of our building projects. Their attention to detail, excellent design work, and great communication make for a smooth running and well-designed project. Their staff is always on top of all details and work is coordinated efficiently. I would highly recommend Final Draft for anyone who is building a home, adding and addition to an existing home, or a builder doing a commercial project. We trusted Final Draft to designed our new home in Lakewood Ranch Florida. We had never done this before. We had been to several other companies but no one seemed to understand what we wanted and we were starting to stress about it. Perhaps what impressed me the most was that they really listened to us and knew we had an idea but needed help putting it all together. They gave us several preliminary designs and helped us with our ideas. What I didn't expect was how much they knew about the actual construction part of it. I didn't realize just how important it was. They explained things very well and helped us make some minor adjustments that saved us literally thousands of dollars when we built the house. Our contractor even commented how nice it was to have a set of plans that thought about how the guys work on the job. I also never would have thought to add some of the design ideas. I love my butler's pantry and the mud room with the wall tree for the kids jackets and shoes. Great idea guys! I still remember the first time we met with them they said the design part should be fun and exciting not stressful. Thanks guys for making taking the stress out and making it fun. I would actually leave after each meeting excited!Would my husband and I recommend them? Absolutely!
