No complaints. I'd rate their tinting skills as 10/10. Nice clean waiting area with wifi and tv. I scratched up one of my newly tinted windows while moving boxes and they waived the removal fee, even though I would have gladly paid full price to have the window redone.

Best place to get window tinting and wraps ! Took my Corolla in a few years ago and the quality of work was beyond amazing . Customer service is so great . They even gave me a tour of the lazer cutting area . They made me feel like family ! I just purchased a new truck and will be calling them in a week or so to get it scheduled! Thanks Gotshade ! Kasie

Last fall I wanted to get a chrome delete, rear bumper wrap, as well as a debadge. The customer service I received when I went in was great, everyone was extremely friendly. I was satisfied with the wrap job... for a days until the wrapped window border parts started peeling off on the corners.Now, a few months later, the corners of the grill wrap are also starting to come off :(I garage my car 90% of the time, and I very carefully hand wash as well. So I was a little disappointed by the wrap's durability. I'm giving 3 stars because the back was done perfectly, plus their customer service was super nice to me. Otherwise, it would have been an easy 5 stars.

It all started with window tint than we wrapped my bumpers and door handles. They even wrapped some crome inside of the cab of my truck. I needed a tuchup on my wrap for an upcoming truck show and they were more that happy to help. The best!!!! I have had a lot of work done in the past but the are top of the game.

They do an awesome job with the shade however I had to get them removed because they did the tint darker and they said they could not do it for free. I was very detailed when it came to explain where I was moving and how the inspection of my car was and now I have to pay $300 to remove them and put them back on.

The folks at GOTSHADE did an incredible job wrapping my large cargo trailer with a logo and an image showing off my motorized beach wheelchair rental business. The graphics look amazing and they turned it around in a day. You can see for yourself in the attached photo. Very happy and would recommend to anyone looking to add some graphics to any type of vehicle or trailer.

I have brought multiple vehicles to GotShade over the years, and I will continue to support their business. They stand behind their product and their workmanship 100%. Accidentally get a defective product?... they made it right, no questions asked. I had tried another tint installer once that was a bit cheaper.. and I regret wasting my money there... nowhere near the quality of work or customer service of GotShade Online.

Never had any work done here but heard they do good work. I scheduled a time that I took off work and used pt time for just to be called a hour before I was supposed to come. Was told bc it was cold and wet/snow that they wouldnt be able to do it bc the chrome would be wet. I can understand that but everyone knew it was supposed to rain/snow the day before. I got up at 530 so I wouldnt be late driving thru the snow/rain and drove a hour and a half for them to cancel due to the weather. No sorry or any type of discount ( which I don't really care about ). Just upset me they couldnt call the day before and reschedule if wet weather is a problem for wrapping chrome.

It's been three years since I've had my Mustang tinted and the tint still looks perfect. They did an excellent job and I will definitely be a repeat customer
