I took him up on his offer and was not disappointed. John was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was communicative, professional, responsive to my concerns, and worked quickly and efficiently. I was especially impressed because he had clearly done research on my specific industry, and was able to tailor the web content in such a way as to target the populations I serve. Overall, I would strongly recommend FS Enhancements, and John specifically.

John, with F&S Enhancements, contacted me and offered to develop a website for my dental practice in North Florida. I had been contemplating creating one, but the “task” seemed overwhelming. John and this company noticed that my office had increased our online presence through Facebook & Google. They wanted to give us direction and assistance with that process. Although I am always very leery of “solicitations,” John was very professional & helpful which built my confidence in his intent. After in depth consideration, I decided to accept his help, and he did not disappoint. He built a beautiful, professional website allowing my personal input. I was very pleased with the results and the ability to update information anytime through email requests to John. He exceeded my expectations of what our office website would ever be. The website is full of quality content that I want to pass on to my current & future patients. Allowing patients to print & fill out welcome documents before their initial visit has been an asset for our front office & our patients. On top of all of that, John & this company have awesome marketing tips that increased our call volume. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any business, and I feel incredibly blessed that John reached out to my business with helping hands!!

I am a dentist in northern Minnesota with two separate business locations. John Follmer from FS Enhancements contacted me about forming a new webpage. The current webpage I had was very basic and unimpressive. John designed a webpage for my office that exceeded all of my expectations. It has multiple pages, and is super easy to navigate through. The color, arrangement of photos and font are all pleasing to the eye and encourage future investigation of future patients. We have seen a significant increase in our new patient appointments due to this webpage. Patients are even able to fill out their initial paperwork from the webpage and email it to us. My receptionist finds this invaluable. John is very understanding, knowledgeable and professional. John Follmer was, and still is, wonderful to work with. FS Enhancements actually reached out to us, when we were interviewing companies to redesign our website. Our old website had not been changed or updated since before we had bought our business, and the information was outdated and the graphics were boring. Jamison and his team were efficient, organized and very professional throughout the redesign. They guided us through collecting the information to include in our new website and provided a visual rough draft of our the website within a few days. The final result was amazing. We finally had a website we could be proud of and the mobile version was also very professional. With any corrections or changes we have made since the website went live, they have been completed within days. We will be moving to our new facility in a few weeks, and we are excited to continue with FS Enhancements to update our business image.

Sometimes you get lucky! As a small business owner it is so difficult to find your way when it comes to every nuance of your practice. Austin Toney of FS Enhancements cold called me, and for some reason I didn't come up with an excuse to get off the phone and I am sure happy that I didn't. In Austin, I have found someone who has met deadlines, provided quality content/product, and has done so at a fair rate. I am glad I gave him a chance, and believe you will be as well. I look forward to a continued relationship despite the fact that he is a Raider fan!

I would recommend F&S Enhancements to anyone. Working with Austin has been great. Him, and the rest of his team, truly listen to your requests and have a great follow through. We were very unhappy with our previous website, and they created a new site for us that we are more than happy with. It has a fresh look and is mobile/tablet friendly! They are currently working on a social media campaign for us, which I am sure we will be just as happy with.

Working with Jamison has been such a great experience, our dental office and staff really couldn’t recommend him enough! We were approached by Jamison with the idea of leaving our current website host to work with him in creating a brand new custom website when it comes to the end result, we couldn’t be happier. Our website is fresh, new and unlike our local competitors. When we have requested changes be made to our site, Jamison and his team are efficient and thorough. Since the change, we have generated a different new patient base, a higher quality patient is what we’ve always wanted, and now we’re getting it!
