Overall Feedback:

I went in to close an account that was accredited to my late husband. The associate was rude, incompetent and without any sense of what customer service is. I was treated as though I don't speak or understand English and had stolen properties from Spectrum. Fortunately, the store manager stepped in to take care of the situation with great tact and efficiency.
