Deceptive advertising

I called Spectrum twice on 9/16/19, asking about internet service in NYC. Both customer service reps lied to me multiple times, were incredibly rude and hung up on me. Both reps lied about their competitor's coverage at the service address (claiming they were the ONLY provider) AND lied to me about promotional pricing (one rep claimed that the normal price for a plan was $60 while the other claimed it was $50). RCN was available at the address; go with them instead if you can!

I went in to pick up my router and modem to set up my Wi-Fi. I had had a long week and was dead tired. My salesman, Yaovi, was explaining how to set up everything, but saw how tired I was and very generously connected everything for me so all I had to do when I got home was plug everything in. Absolutely wonderful customer service, that guy is a gem. Thank you!!
