Disappointed, I purchased a game and was not satisfied went back for refund they refused to issue cash refund they only issue store credit for returns. I was hoping they would honor their sale to keep a customer, unfortunate. Just know any game you purchase from here and if you’re not completely satisfied, it can’t be returned for a cash refund.

The prices are the lowest in the area and the staff are amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly with great customer service. I drive 45 just to go here.

I dig this place. The prices are reasonable, the shop is clean, and they fix game systems! I enjoying talking nerd culture with the employees. They are helpful and give their honest opinion when asking about a game, you might've not played. Plus this place survived a recession. Need I say more? Support local businesses, support the cream of the crop. A grand monster of a store, that is Gamezilla.
