I officially LOVE this guy! Down to earth, gives easy to understand explanations and obviously has a passion for IT. I'm a new student of IT, ran into an issue with a laptop I was working on, googled and he was the first to pop up so I gave him a call for advice. Called this gentleman a couple weeks ago over my wife's dropped laptop. After describing the symptoms he knew what the issue was and the cost of repair of the device being more than buying it brand new. So he diagnosed it without cost over the phone based on experience!My wife still wanted an in person diagnostic where we got the computer, best buy, their repair rate was quoted as at the MINIMUM being the original price of the device, but wouldn't be able to say for sure until they sent it off.So yeah, next time I need computer help, this gentleman is on my short list.

Steven was incredibly friendly, fast, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure your repair gives your computer the results you need. He knew exactly what could be going on with my laptop which kept giving me a boot message on my screen and he fixed it very quickly. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be going back when I am ready to upgrade to a better computer!

If you find yourself in a bind and need someone who has a work ethic to accommodate clientele in a timely manner Geek At Your Door is the company for you. I have always been very careful who I allow to work on my computers due to the sensitive data on my computers. Geek At Your Door informed me of what was wrong and explained what, when and why to all my questions. Very professional and very prompt in meeting my computer needs. Hands down the BEST in the DFW area.
