I was told really nice stories about this place and how friendly and helpful the staff were. Well who ever was working today could barley be bothered by our presence. He came out and turned around back into the office. I tried to ask questions but his answers were very one word remarks. I didn’t want to shop anymore. I didn’t make any purchases. I asked for a catalogue. No catalogues. I made enough of an effort to get a conversation with anyone else but not him. I worked customer service for many years and never treated anyone like this. 12/13/18
