The team are incredibly receptive; they listen to your vision and modify ideas to ensure the end result far exceeds initial expectations. The website itself is beautifully designed. It is modern and innovative, but also functional. It is easy to navigate with a fantastic use of imagery. I am very pleased with the finished product.With a friendly, reliable and professional team that deliver a remarkable service, I really cannot recommend GlobalGraphics enough.

We chose to go with Globalgraphics for our new e-commerce site as they came across as very professional from the start. The quote package that came through was very detailed and highlighted all of the requirements we needed. The timescales specified suited us and we liked the fact that we could log into a system to track progress via milestones and send messages. The website they created for us was bespoke and not from a template. We initially worked with the designer on the bespoke design and layout and once agreed we moved to the build stage. The process was smooth however, we did hit some delays in launching the website which, at times was frustrating however, we were able to work together to overcome the obstacles and the final result was exactly what we were looking for. Once the website went live, we had a training session with Paul and he really took his time to explain everything to do with woocommerce.The support afterwards is great and we have 12 months of free support, they respond to any issues right away and are very patient and polite. We feel we got excellent value for money and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Global Graphics designed and produced our site as we'd hoped, and we are pleased with the results.Michael Eccleston, our web developer, was extremely helpful, informative, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the experience. He really made everything go a lot more smoothly for us.I would recommend Michael in particular to anybody looking to build a website. His expertise and patience with things we didn't understand was terrific. He walked us through any aspects we were unsure of and ensured we were completely on board with any changes before going ahead. Highly recommended.
