I've been to this restaurant many times with family, the last being about a month ago. Their north indian cuisine is particularly tasty. I've also heard that their biriyani is not bad either. All in all, a decent place for lunch or dinner with friends.

Yesterday on 2019 Saptami night had a terrible experience in *TANDOOR PERK* at golperk branch.I really wants to share with you guys, specially who are planning to visit this place with family.We were 3 friends along with our wives. We have ordered starter with 3 beer bottles and later on we ordered main course also. At the time of the bill they have charged 4 beer bottles, we thought they might by mistake done this..we called the person and told regarding this. Drama has started from there,they denied this and start very aggressively talking with us, later the manager came with some more people and start pushing us and used extremely abusive languages we were shocked by their behaviour then we asked for the CCTV footage, they have refused to show us.. we have decided to call the Police..then they gave us the original bill with 3 beer bottles and other foods.Whatever we have understood, they are doing this intentionally to everyone because most of the time we just see the final amount of the bill and make payment and don't see the full stuff.These guys are doing frauds with the customers in Durga puja... because in this period of time we all are in festive moods and ignores small small things.I wouldn't recommend this fraud restaurant to anyone. And I have decided to talk with the consumer forum also after the Puja, because it could happen with anyone.

The behaviour of the staff was disgusting and unprofessional ,even I found one of them was mocking the words what I uttered in front of my family and laughing amongst themselves.It was my homecoming to Kolkata after quite a time,but the experience dining here made me feel ashamed of the infrastructure and conditions of the food/hospitality industry of my city.

My review for this restaurant is not very good. it is a bar cum restaurant and that does not mean that the food quality will be not up to the mark. So is the service and hospitality. Although the ambiance and the inter decor soothes you but if the food does not melt your soul then why go to these top branded restaurants.

Been there before too...but our last visit was the last one ...be careful if u order mutton because which we recieved was very hard and quality of same food which we had on earlier visit had deteroited...we complained about mutton and they just changed those 4 rotten mutton pieces with three fresh mutton pieces...so overall dining experience was not good and at par...over hyped ..
