Feedback:

After many, many years of using GoDaddy to host all my many websites, I have had enough of the fees and increases. Today was the final straw after being told that the SSL certificate I was forced to purchase after Google decided to force https, GoDaddy could not offer technical support on getting it to work! Even after talking to a supervisor he told me the same thing. In all the years I've been dealing with them tech support has been one of the best I've ever seen, I'm disappointed that they are no longer going to offer tech support on products they tell you that you need, the response was sell me more services to get a tech person to do it for me at another charge. So next time I order a hamburger, are they going to ask, "Sir, did you want that hamburger cooked? Because there is a charge to do that, but we do have a grill in the back if you want to cook it yourself". No thanks, I'll go to the place down the road where they cook your burger and that's included in the cost of doing business. So long GoDaddy! I'll find somewhere else to host my sites.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This is a terrible company, with terrible customer service. their only goal is to suck as much money out of you as possible. dont buy anything from this terrible company. use WIX or any other domain provider instead.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Stop wasting your money with this company, their customer service is like a robot with only two responses: "idk" and "not my fault"

I turned off privacy, auto renew, etc. But domains continue to renew automatically, and I got billed again for privacy. Headed elsewhere for domain registry. This company is now too big for itself, my guess is that in order to sustain growth and volume they are auto sticking it to customers.

The table below shows the outages we have experienced with Go Daddy in the past three days (8 times!) Go Daddy has taken no accountability; we have spent a collective 7 hours on hold waiting for assistance; Go Daddy staff have been unable to help and frustratingly there is no escalation process for significant events / or where no resolution is found. This has resulted in significant lost revenue and reputational damage for our company. The issues have been ongoing for 6+ months. They are still unresolved. I would urge any business owner to reconsider doing any form of business with Go Daddy.
