As past and current customers at Good's Furniture are recent experience was great! We were assisted by Shady in our search for a new sofa. He was attentive, a good listener, and has a great knowledge of the many product lines Good's has to offer. We are excited to get our new Smith Brothers sofa as well as a Bassett recliner!

Very dissatisfied pricing was a joke for how dirty the place was carpet taped if not just clumped up wrinkled mess.! Water leaks and you could see roof tops that looked like The building was in sad disrepair. No real organization to the place .

Although the service was really good and there is a huge selection, I had a few major problems with Good's. First, the sales associate hadn't marked one of my items correctly (I had asked for two of one item and not just one), and when she updated the price she moved the tax amount over incorrectly. I didn't find out till after the order was placed that I owed an extra $500. I understand that mistakes are made but that was a very frustrating thing to find out and they didn't do anything to remedy it. Also one of my pieces was damaged and while it was very easy to call them and have them get a new piece ordered, trying to schedule a time for the drop-off was difficult. So while this is a great place if you need a large selection, and their customer service is very responsive, just make sure everything is correct on your order form and be prepared to wait awhile to get your items scheduled for delivery.Update: pretty much immediately after I left my review I got a very nice call from their customer service. They were very apologetic and even offered a $100 gift card. I was impressed with how they're so focused on learning and getting better. It sounds like my experience was probably unusual and I would be willing to give them another try.

As usual a great selection to choose from. I found exactly what I wanted--the only downside I have to wait 6-12 weeks for it!Conrad was was good at answering my questions even though he is a new employee. I only guessed that he was a new employee because he had to check with other sales people for answers.
