Though I'm pretty average at running a website it's clear I'm ace at choosing a hosting provider. Green Geeks have been great and have offered fantastic support whenever I've needed it. Really couldn't have asked for much more!

After the auto renew for an entire year you don't offer a refund. That's seems like a scam and pretty unfair and unethical. Refund me to change this review.

Not being particularly web building/maintaining proficient, I found Green Geeks to be especially easy to work with, as well as having great customer support - quick replies with easy to follow help. Plus, I'd get follow ups to make sure things were resolved. Who does that any more?
