I contacted Tom about my inability to change my daughter’s Facebook page name after 6 months of trying, only to have the case closed by FB or by a technical error message being sent. In a matter of 3 days, the page name was changed, lickity split! Wish I would have contacted him earlier. I really appreciate Tom also volunteering for the Miss Illinois program . He definitely gives back to the community!
