I have lived at Hide-Away Lake for 10 years. I love this place. The owners take great pride in the grounds and up keep. They have worked with me on several occasions when concerns have come up. Everyone who lives here is more like a family. I plan on spending the rest of my life here. I wouldn't want to live any where else.

As a Realtor and a Manufactures Home Sales Agent I deal with many parks and Park Management, Hideaway Lake is one of my favorite parks. The park is gated and sits in a picturesque setting with many homes benefiting of beautiful views of the mountains, during a long term drought the lake may run dry but as soon as the rains start it refills quickly offering an abundance of joy to migrating birds, local turtles and fish. Home prices are reasonable and shopping is within walking distance of the park. Management is strict on park approval but this ensures that the park maintains high standards for it's residents; this is a pleasant retirement community not a "trailer court." The beautiful clubhouse is an active place for events, exercise classes and many other activities. The park has its own dog park, BBQ area, pool, RV parking, and a wonderful full time park maintenance staff who continue to keep the park in its pristine condition. On top of it all the space rent continues to be one of the lowest in North County.
