Feedback:

The website looks appealing, and guests are able to give a gift almost effortlessly, however, be aware that what your guests think they are giving you, is not actually what you will be receiving. Fortunately, we had only four guests decide to use this option, so we will cash out with basic gift cards. We spent our honeymoon on Kauai and, Honeyfund does not tell you up front that they do not sponsor gifts on that island. Unless you want a GAP, Old Navy, Amazon gift card, skip it.

I have not been able to cash out my money because the Wepay website is not working and there isn't a customer service pone number to talk to anyone!

I made a deposit of $100.00 for a couple getting married. It shows on the registry and my receipt as $100.00 toward their trip to CA, but my account was charged three (3) times and now I'm out $300.00 but the couple only gets $100.00. Where is the $200.00???????? Calling my Bank tomorrow.

This place is a F'ING sham, I'm so angry about this that they are holding my money hostage - should be reported to the better business bureau for fraudulent activity. Don't use.

I am giving this one star, but might change to zero.My wife subscribed to this, and little did we know that your gifts will come in the form of select gift cards. You need to read the very fine print about getting cash instead of their gift cards, but as of now, my wife and I are stuck with their gift cards.Their selection of gift cards is not terrible (Overstock, Bed Bath & Beyond, Crate & Barrel). however your stuck to what those companies offer.Trying to redeem a gift card and keep getting an error message.This does seem like scam. Customer support seems to be non-existent. Phone number leads to a line that is ALWAYS busy, and won't throw you into a queue. SO far, I've only had luck via Facebook Message...I work in customer support, and this is ridiculous. I would stay away. This is like the MoviePass for weddings.

Great idea... Horribly run business. I have had nothing but difficulties trying to redeem the money available on our account. I had to personally FB message the owner because I was getting nowhere.... and am still getting nowhere.

Easy to use and a very effective way of giving a gift. If you're like me, you usually are running around on the way to the reception trying to buy a fondue pot and hoping no one else got one. With Honeyfund, I just click through and my friends get a gift they really want, and I don't have to run through Target in my good suit and dress shoes.
