This is by far the very WORST hosting provider ive ever used. Without explanation they suspended my companies website (which generates revenue for my family to eat), for NO reason, citing something like "IRC Tools were found".. Banned me and now my company is losing money.. for nothing . NEVER use this company . S T A Y A W A Y

I've had a great experience with Host Rocket. We host a very large eCommerce site (Magento) with them and have had a great experience. Their staff has been very helpful and even gave us support to move the site over, which was a huge load off our minds. Plus, the site runs very fast now. These guys put other hosts to shame. A+

This company is extremely frustrating to work with. Technical support is frequently rude and unhelpful. The site will randomly be down or emails will stop coming in with no warning. Occasionally they make security updates without any notifications and randomly block emails the server used to accept. They are consistently frustrating to work with.
