Like most people, I've tried a variety of hosting companies and, although I haven't had many troubles, I've dealt with overloaded servers, slow customer service and various account limitations. The techs contact me checking to see if I have any issues just to be on the safe side. Great JOB! Uptime is perfect.

The technicians reply almost immediately. They do offer a very good price and on the half dozen or so times that I have needed to speak to them, including in the middle of the night, there has always been a technically competent support person available immediately. I'd recommend Hostwinds SSD hosting to anyone looking for cheap, reliable hosting without headaches! Their servers are fast. Uptime is 99.99% - great plus for them.

wow! That is excellent. I have to say that I am totally impressed with HostWinds ssd host. As I can tell, I am not very experienced in the webstuff, but switching to these guys has made it super easy. Why I was with my previous host for the past year is a total puzzle to me. They don't have one tenth of the customer service that they have.

Recently moved to Hostwinds after a nightmarish debacle with another hoster. Their support bars none the best, and their level of expertise is unbelievable. Basically, I created the account with a new domain. Setup was instant and their techs explained to me everything I needed. All I want to mention that I have no headache running my web sites with them, uptime has been great - the promise 99.9% uptime is correct. There is no way I would go anywhere else!

For my current needs, Hostwinds has all the necessary features. You won’t go wrong with this web host. We haven't tried calling support or doing anything which you can't do through the good control panel. The information online has been sufficient. We haven't tried leaving them yet, but if I have problems I'll report back.

I've been with Hostwinds for about a year now. I have been hitting different hosts for my domains but finally, they bound me to stick with them. If you are looking for reliable and fast hosting, this is the right one but if you are concerned with recurring charges then find another one. Their live chat support is great. And my website is fast and up all the time. A lot of features, and you have control a lot of control. Never seen my site down.
