My husband and I recently used Icon for our photo booth for our wedding. They were exceptional! We walked away with tons of really great pictures of our family & friends, and all were uploaded into a dropbox and sent to us within 2 days of the wedding. The attendants were a lot of fun and helpful as well. Highly recommended!!! :)Brian & Ivan

The customer service was horrible. They are extremely unprofessional. They do not schedule calls with you; just keep calling you at times you've previously said do not work. When you do talk to them on the phone or through email their answers are short, unhelpful and at times rude. Whenever I asked a question I felt as if I was inconveniencing them and the responses were condescending. The photo booth attendant at my event was great to work with and our guests loved the photo booth. If I had to do it again I would not use Icon, the unpleasant experiences with management just made it not worth it.

I hired Icon to do a photo booth at my husband's 40th birthday. It was great! The tech was on-time, helpful and really engaged. He even took the initiative to ask my guests if they'd like to come take photos. I would definitely hire Icon again for future parties.

ICON did a phenomenal job for our annual retirement/recognition event and managed the 250 attendees seamlessly through the booth! Everyone loved the photo booth option. :) The attendance was helpful, polite, and on time.....We would definitely use them again. ! Lori Thum

We hired Icon Photo Booth for 5 hours for the @North Shore Pro-Active Health anniversary party in Libertyville! They were excellent at set up, the attendant/technician was awesome and encouraged guests to come in and get a little crazy. It was an awesome icebreaker and the photo strips will be a great reminder to patients to call us and visit our website. We will be calling Icon for our next party as well as recommending them to friends for parties and weddings! $$ well spent!

Icon Video was amazing at our synagogue party last week! James was professional, nice, easy going, and did a great job with all the kids and adults at our party! All the pictures came out great, and everyone got copies. I would highly recommend their photo booth!!

We had ICON for my son's bar mitzvah. The pictures came out great, and Jakub the attendant was personable and helpful. Guests even made positive comments about him. I would highly recommend ICON to anyone looking for an open photo booth.
