Image360 is a wonderful place to work with when you are in need of signage, business cards, brochures, banners, etc. Their signs are top notch and the print material is very high quality. I've even had a few heavy duty banners made and they hold up! I have worked with them on several occasions and are always pleased with the results. The staff is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. You can send them your designs or they can help you create something completely new! I highly recommend them.

First and foremost, I've never left a single 1 Star review...in my entire life. This 1 star review is the first and genuinely accurate and well deserved. I would never recommend anyone to Image 360 in Woodbury. They didn't produce quality work. They didn't build any relationship with me as a customer- in fact Mike didn't even know I was a customer. The corporate franchise values that were developed by someone else not Mike and Gina- are rubbish and were not even close to being executed on. The circumstances are simply this: I paid Image 360 to print all the graphics for my company. I then acquired a second business and paid them upfront to design a logo. Gina would rather talk over you then actually listen to your needs. I let it go. I then paid a REAL design company to do my logo design. Gina gave me a bunch of clip art that she pulled from the internet- there was nothing custom about it. Mike, Gina's husband, whom I've never met- told me that I never did any business with them and never paid them-which is false and clearly didn't understand I owned multiple companies. I have the paid invoices. Mike was mad because he gave me a quote and I went with someone else do to my immediate needs and time constraints. I give out estimates every day and sometimes the customers go with a different company- but guess what, my customers always come back to me. I don't harbor ill will against them for obtaining services elsewhere. The bottom line is simply this: Mike and Gina are as phony as they come. They put on a show to extort business from the local community. If you want a bunch of cheap clip art that a two year old can pull off the internet- they deserve an A. If you want to truly develop a meaningful logo and imagery for the face of your company- obtain services everywhere else but here. I know quality design, print and customer service in this industry very well as I've spent over $150,000 with real design and print companies in the Twin Cities. This is where designers go to die. If you want to establish your career as a designer- don't sign up for employment here. Mike and Gina will use you; I feel so bad for the community of Woodbury. Poor leadership. Total phonies. Total joke.
