HORRIBLE EXPERINCE WITH DAUGHTERS WEDDING INVITES!!! If you have a print job that’s important you you RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS and find another printer. They tell you One thing when you go in to ask about the job that you need done and then it takes forever to get that job. They act like you’re bothering them if you call to follow up on when you’re printing will be done. I paid extra for a raised lettering and you actually had to run your fingers over the printing to feel that it was raised you couldn’t tell just by sight. They also were supposed to print the address and name and addresses on the envelopes to be mailed and when I picked them up and they looked fine but after I mailed them people weren’t getting the invitations 2 to 3 weeks later. I finally got a hold of one and you could barely read the name and address the ink had faded off of the envelope. When I showed Randy the owner this he just said I can’t control what happens to the envelopes after it leaves my shop like I was going to sabotage my daughter‘s wedding after going to the expense! He blamed it on the post office he was unwilling to do anything to make it right and just kept denying any wrong doing by his shop. I had written a review shortly after this happened to me in In October 2017 but shockingly the review disappeared off of his site and the one I put on yelp. Again I just warn people not to use his services to be warned he won’t take any responsibility if something is not right and you will wait a long time for your order to be finished!!!!!!

Randy and the crew at impressions care so much about each individual customer! They are a PLEASURE to work with and the quality is always top notch. Did a few large 1- day print jobs for my buisness this week. I love that i was able to email over my jobs and pick them up when finished. Great quality work, super nice service. They even stayed open a little late to help with a vet large complex rush order. Awesome people & a great local business to support.
