Fantastic customer service!! I had some blue prints that I had Imprint In Time scan and send to me and they went back through their emails and found the file and resent it to me within minutes. Thank you very much for saving me a few hours out of my day to go get them and have them scanned again!

I was in a hurry one day and needed copies made for a very old floor plan not only were they able to darken the print and make copies of this huge floor plan but they did it quickly. I was also able to buy stands for yard signs they had them in stock. the service was friendly and quick

Incredibly rude. I’m sitting in the car writing this because I’m truly shocked at how awfully this man behaved. He was genuinely nasty.I can assure you it wasn’t that I expected FREE labor. I’ve returned packages at drop centers maybe fifty times over the course of my life. I know what to expect. I wasn’t familiar with this particular location, so needing to ask where to find tape or scissors shouldn’t be shocking or unexpected. What I did not expect (nor should I have been) was outward hostility for using a service that you’ve chosen to provide. If you don’t receive compensation from FedEx for being a drop center, perhaps you should consider not providing the service as it obviously angers you very much at the people who choose to utilize it. I’ve worked for a small business for several years and one thing I’ve learned is that it is FREE to be nice. You’re expectation that I was expecting something for you for free, in spite of the fact that I did nothing at all to indicate that, was your mistake. No sir, you were openly hostile. I posted the review so that others wouldn’t have to go through what I experienced; I wish that someone had done the same for me. There’s no need to request that I not return, I can assure you that I have no interest in coming back. Slamming doors, rude responses to questions, and rolling your eyes are not “subjectively” rude, they’re objectively rude. The intent wasn’t a pissing match, it was simply to warn others that you are very resentful of people dropping off packages and you make sure to let them know it. It’s uncomfortable and, honestly, nothing that an unsuspecting person should walk into.
