Pat designed a great logo for my business and then used that logo to create a new sign for the outside of my business and to create banners for the inside of my business. Absolutely love working with Imprints1! The staff always goes above and beyond and are always willing to help. I highly encourage anyone in the Wichita Falls and Texoma area to use Imprints1 for custom shirts, jerseys, hats, etc. On top of everything, the owners are great local people and strive to help others when in need. Imprints1 is the BEST!

I ordered a shirt from Imprints 1 for my husband's birthday and to my surprise, they were able to have it ready that same day which I was pleased with, BUT when I received the shirt, it had 2 words that weren't spelled correctly. I promptly called to let them know and was instructed to bring it back to be fixed. Ok, no problem. Took the shirt back and the two people at the front desk (an older woman and younger man) were horribly rude to me saying that I should have caught it in the proof they sent to me via text. First of all, the proof was a tiny picture that was difficult to see and how is it that I am responsible for making sure words are spelled correctly?? This is their business, its what they do for a living. Checking your work before sending it out is common practice! I wasn't mad that a mistake was made because it can be fixed but, I was mad that I was spoken to in an ugly tone and it was implied that this mistake was my (the customer's) fault. I paid 25.98 for the shirt so I want it to be right. There were more rude things said and one man (I assume is the owner) even raised his voice at me on the phone. He demanded I just come get my money back and that wasn't what I wanted. To keep the situation from spiraling out of control any more, I went to get my refund. When I arrived he felt the need to further try to irritate the situation. All in all, it was horrible customer service and I do not want to be spoken to the way these empoyees spoke to me. I work with the public and you never ever imply the customer is wrong and if you dare to do so, be kind about it, not ugly!! I will never order anything from them again. It's sad because they were the only place I'd ever ordered custom shirts from and now have to find a new place.
