This is an excellent company with knowledgable and friendly people; both John and Elizabeth were easy to work with. John Sheehy was excellent in helping me do wedding invitations and announcements from a collage of my photographs. He was patient, had good ideas and worked his equipment to show me many possibilities; thereby giving me the most choice and showing me views I'd not thought of. I highly recommend them.

A+ experience once again from John and the one stop shop of Ink Etcetera. The design team and Elizabeth completely took care of me and came up with a professional design same day for me to approve and send to be made since I was on such short timeline. John then went as far as to bring the final product home with him and meet me late night on a Friday after work just so I could have my marketing materials in time for my open house this weekend. Does it get any better then that? I challenge you to find another guy and business who care about their clients and take as much pride in their business as John and Ink Etcetera!

Highly recommended! John and his team go above and beyond! I have known about Ink Etc for a long time, and have seen their work through friends and family, but personally started using them for my own business over the past few months. Not only has the quality of the work and the turn around time exceeded my expectations in every way, but John has gone above and beyond by being incredibly helpful, creative, and very easily accessible. John returns my emails or phone calls literally within minutes, and is always helpful in answering design questions, pricing options and specifics on printing on everything I have gone to him with. Even though I’m sure I am a very small client in the grand scheme of their business, I have felt like a priority every time. In a world where I am far to busy to worry about the logistics of getting my marketing jobs taken care of, John and Acton Ink completely handle everything from start to finish. I am not a professional in design/marketing nor do I have much experience with this, so it’s a MUST to have someone like John who can take my quick vague and probably confusing ideas over the phone or email and turn them into incredible professional marketing pieces ready to be picked up. Whether you are simply looking for a print job or a full marketing design and layout, John and Ink Etc is a one stop shop!

John was great to work with when I need envelopes address for my son's Bar Mitzvah. He was able to match the font on our invitation and was very responsive to questions. The price was very reasonable and the envelopes came out great. Definitely would recommend!

Working with Ink Etcetera was a great experience. I think that they were more picky about the final product than I was and that is hard to do! I will definitely go back to them in the future for any printing needs I may have!
