They messed up our order that cost almost $9k, and never cared to amend the mistakes. They are great sending you samples and answering your questions, but once you pay and your order arrives, thats it, they don't care anymore.

I placed an order for 200 branded Koozies and the first issue arose when we received the order late. The second issue arose when I opened the shipment and discovered that the printing on all 200 items was CROOKED! They refuse to refund our order because, per an email from their company representative, crooked printing is within the industry's printing standard. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I want so bad to give them a one star from all the stress endured by Chester....but, megan really smoothed things out by making sure she got my order in time. And any question she had she made sure to call to avoid any delays. I ordered on Monday and got it today (Thursday) so not a long wait. The products are pretty comparable to other companies.

I order a custom printed fan and the product I received is not functional at all. Additionally when I complained to customer service they did not stand behind the product. The material used was NOT 22pt, which is clearly in the product description - the product we received barely measured 22pt AFTER the lamination. We are confident that only 18 pt or 20 pt material was used.Given the material thickness was not to spec the fan was flimsy and unusable. The print quality was subpar. We will never buy from inkhead again.

Product selection is great. Now the website even lets you add and place your own art. Prices are very competitive. However, they miss dates, ignore instructions, and are generally extremely difficult to work with. I gave them the benefit of the doubt in 2017 that it was due to being a new account. However this year I specified my must arrive date, they charged extra to hit the date, and then when I kept an eye on the order and informed them it would miss our event they said they would refund our shipping! No help in speeding up shipping, no offer to do anything, etc. Do NOT count on this company.

My daughter wanted to order custom water bottles for the family for a Christmas present. We had spend weeks searching a competitor's site only to be disappointed with the high minimums and high prices. We found Inkhead and were pleased with the pricing, design options, speedy delivery, etc. It was my fault that I didn't approve the proof in time to be ready for Christmas. I contacted Tom A. at Inkhead when I realized this and he was able to arrange a rush order for me even though production had already started. I received my bottles today and they are just perfect. They came in time, Tom bent over backwards to help me, and I think my relatives will love their new custom water bottle. Will definitely use Inkhead again. Thank you!

I am CONSTANTLY receiving compliments on their products. The customer service has been fantastic. I was also impressed with the graphic design acumen of Laura Taylor. The only direction I gave her was "make it look cool" and she took it from there. Can't recommend highly enough.

I ordered custom sunglasses from InkHead and needed a quick turn around time. InkHead nailed it!! The sunglasses were a huge hit at our company party, and people continue to wear them 6 months later around the office! Great website, customer service, and product, we will definitely order from them again.
