I called about a week ago and Spoke with Alicia when I was searching around for the best provider. She was SO helpful that once I was ready to move forward I called back and she walked me through the entire process. The customer service was outstanding and I am especially impressed with how accommodating Miss Alisha Colling was so Kuddos to her!

Had a computer blue screen. I looked around online for computer repair shops and due to the review ratings they have, I called them. While the price they quoted for troubleshooting was not the cheapest price I was quoted, I decided to go with them. I am happy to say that I received what I feel is a value far in excess of the slightly higher troubleshooting fee. They not only fixed it fast but did a few other extra things to help it run cooler and better. There was a short in a networking card causing it to crash (bluescreen) and not reboot. James identified the issue, called me and asked how I connected to my internet (I told him by ether cable - it’s faster) and then told me that unless I wanted another wireless network card, that I don’t need, my computer is ready to go. It was all covered under the original trouble shooting fee. I’m sharing this long version to emphasize that they did not try to sell me anything I did not need and that is what I can appreciate about their integrity. I thank all of you very much!

Connell was of great help in explaining the what and why things were needed or not needed. Connell also was very patient working around and with our office staff as we were doing our daily routine. He also went above and beyond on questions and concerns I personally had for my home internet service. I definitely recommend this company and will be using their services again!

Our firm has used a number of service providers in the CDA area for the last 8 years and our experiences varied from poor to average at best. We are so grateful that we found Intechtel! The staff is always responsive and the service is always reliable and reasonably priced. Our firm would recommend them over any other CDA firm to anyone needing assistance. We won't go anywhere else!

Alicia at Intechtel is my “go to” person for all of my internet, tv, and phone needs. What I love most about Intechtel is the attentive customer service. I walked into the Intechtel office, spoke personally with Alicia about setting up my home service internet and tv, and I was up and running. Alicia took the frustration right out of the process and has been excellent answering any questions I may have. She’s available by phone and email. What a great service she provides!

Alisha was an amazing help! She was very sweet and easy to work with and took care of all of the back-and-forth with my internet provider so that I never had to wait on hold. She handled my setup and eventually my cancellation of service and I enjoyed chatting with her and having her call me back vs. waiting on hold with the large corporation. Brought my laptop in that was displaying a fan error and they had it fixed and completely cleaned in less than 3 hours. Great service at a reasonable price.

Alisha was amazing and provided excellent customer service. She explained the plans and never tried to "upsale" me. I had some problems with spectrum at the beginning and she handled all of the customer service with them and made my life and experience SO much better. Was helping in picking out not only the right plan but also the appropriate equipment. Also explained the fine print and how the charges change with time and with any upgrades. Overall extremely satisfied with their service and will use again when I need future services. 5/5 would recommend:)

This was my 1st experience with Spectrum WiFi and James couldn't have been better leading me thru it. He stayed until I was comfortable with the changes before he left. Great service from the whole company and I highly recommend them.
