I have been buying specialty products since the late 80's. I was a marketing director for a large regional mall and bought a lot of items. I have remained in marketing and continue to buy logo items quite frequently. I was a very loyal customer of Newton Manufacturing. I have recently had my first couple experiences with Kaeser Blair. Most were good, but I am still dealing with a nightmare order of custom entrance mats which began around February 1st. I was quoted a price and when I tried to order was told they could not do the mat I wanted with my logo, so I told them to drop my logo and just do type. Then they said they could not do that mat t the quoted price it was much higher. So I went with a different mat. I received a proof and it was of the one color print only that I originally requested, so I approved that order. The mats came and were not at all what I proofed. They were wrong size and wrong color and terrible. I again contacted my rep who contacted the company and was told they had made a mistake entering the order number. I was told they would recreate the ones I wanted. Then I was told that I had to cut the back label out of the middle of the mats and send that back to get knew ones ordered. I told them I would send the entire mats back when I got the proper mats. My rep talked to some one at KB and was told they would go ahead and redo my mats and I could keep the wrong ones until I received the correct ones. I did not hear anything for weeks and then I got a proof and it was the wrong proof again. I told my rep what I wanted and sent her the original proof I accepted. Now I am being told that the price has changed again. The company doing the mats is Logo Mats. I do not know if the problem lies with them or Kaeser Blair, however I have NEVER been treated this way or had any problems or such bad service as I have with this order. I give them absolutely no stars!
