Feedback:

A few months ago I paid Dan for 10 hours of contract work. He only delivered 3, but claimed he did 10. On 8/25/17 I asked for an accounting of his hours. His exact reply was "absolutely, I'll get that to you on Monday". When he did not deliver by the following Wednesday I asked for my balance back. He has not replied to several emails and phone calls over the past month. The amount of money he owes me is not a large amount. If Small Claims filing fees weren't so high in Wake County, I would file a claim against him, but it's not worth it.Instead of refunding me for 7 hours and mutually parting ways, Dan has decided to be unethical and unprofessional.
