We have been working with KIKA for the last year and we have nothing but exceptional feedback. They are able to understand our vision (compared to other companies that just want to sell what what they do best, rather than what we really need). KIKA accommodates to our needs and helps us customize certain unique company marketing strategies. They have outstanding communication. If we need something last minute we feel comfortable letting them know and they will always reply right away. This is very comforting in such a fast moving market. Overall, they are the best team to work with. We feel like they are completely integrated into our company! The entire team is so helpful, understanding, patient with our schedules, and most importantly, have knowledge of their field. We have seen ROI very very quickly.

VERY DISAPPOINTING ... I called the company for the first time to get information and Enika from Sales (whatever her name is) answers the phone without greetings (which is really rude) and first question: What type of business you are? So I identify myself name and what type my business I'm and she simply says NO. I keep talking and she simply hung up on me. REALLY???? I can get if I'm too small to you guys but MANNERS and being POLITE comes from home.
