Fantastic customer service. I purchased some packaging tape that had an expired rebate and contacted Lepage. My inquiry was as follows: 1) I let them know that I purchased the product solely because of the rebate and 2) I asked how they were going to make good on the offer. I received a timely response from one of their representatives and they informed me that they would honor the rebate with no problem. Received the check in the mail today. Can't complain about a company that follows through and honors their own offers even after expiration.
