Bought several exterior light fixtures from this company for a renovation project I was working on because they were the only site I could find that was discounting the ones I wanted. All 5 arrived as promised but unfortunately one was missing the unique attachment hardware required to install. Called the customer service number and the only thing they questioned was how long it took to call as several months had lapsed since I placed the order. I explained the timing situation and they agreed to send me the missing hardware. Several days later an entire new fixture arrived, not just the hardware. This time the factory got it right and I installed the last fixture. Very happy with the price and the support.

Poor customer service, ripping off in return items, pictures not matching what you get.
