I left Media Temple during the Godaddy acquisition, and took a chance on LiquidWeb. Man, am I glad I did! Their support is phenomenal, often going above and beyond the call. Downtime is a word I don't think of anymore, and speed is never an issue. I highly recommend LiquidWeb.

I've been a customer of Liquid Web for years now. Their customer support is on the other side of the ionosphere. Just today I chatted them up to do a full-blown upgrade of my PHP that's powering my Ask the Builder dot com website. Daniel Torma was on the other side of the chat screen and within minutes he waved his magic wand and ALL of the Wordpress sites on my Liquid Web server were upgraded to the LATEST security. You'll never be disappointed in their services and customer support. Seriously. Reach out to me at my website if you want to hear more great LW stories.

Whatever you do for hosting, DO NOT use them! There support is absolutely horrid and completely unreliable. They make way too many mistakes, don't respond to tickets in timely fashion and all kinds of other problems. You DO NOT want this nightmare!!! Go elsewhere.

GEIGER, as a CEO of this company, are you aware of the scam practice you guys are participating in?I would like to give them a -999 rating if I can.We have canceled the service we signed up for in 2016. Early 2017, we started seeing the charges again and I had to call to cancel again. It is now June 2018, they started charging us again $25/month for the service they even admit not having any more. When I called, a rep told me again to go through their "interactive" cancellation process again with the cancellation team that is not available by phone. When I asked him about getting refunds, he says they'll refund 2 months worth. I am owed hundreds of dollars. What's worse? They'll start charging us again later. This should not be allowed!
