Horrible communication, the overwhelming majority of the time no one is at the business. I took my laptop in for a screen replacement, took weeks for the repair. Had to take it back because the screen went out, was told it was the motherboard. Waited 2 months for a quote to replace it, had to go by several times to get an answer(they don’t respond to phone calls). When i got my laptop back, it was covered in scratches. Terrible,terrible service. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else!
