Very unprofessional. I am a local grand county business owner who came to Lunsford for the store front sign for my business. At first they were great they met with us in their office, and walked us through the process. They quoted us 4 weeks for the sign which was fine. We provided the artwork and files they needed with in a week of the meeting. We did not have any contact from them for the next two and a half weeks so I finally called. They never answer their phone or call you back instead they email you. If you don’t respond immediately they pass you over. After 4 weeks (the quoted time frame) we received an email stating that they would be leaving on vacation and it would be an additional 3 weeks. I try calling of course they don’t answer so I email them explaining how much this is hurting my business and asking if they can please get it don’t before leaving. They didn’t even have the courtesy to email me back. I will never be back and will never recommend them to anyone. Avoid if you can.
