I've been with Mach 1 Design for five years now and haven't thought once of going anywhere else. They manage my account very well and are always there if I need to make changes to my web-site, which I have to do frequently with the new novels that I write. My readers love the site and find it easy to maneuver through. Mach 1 gives me the freedom to make changes as I see fit.

I have been working with Mach 1 for my website needs for the past four years, from the ground level as they helped me launch my website back in 2013. From the beginning, I have had nothing short of a stellar experience working with Eli and his team. From the outset, Mach 1 was phenomenal to collaborate with in the website creation process, walking me through the process of everything from obtaining a URL to building content, envisioning layout, exploring theme options and overall designing a site that has held up well over the years. While I've worked with other web companies where their sites age quickly after completion, the site Mach 1 designed for me remains aesthetically and experientially pleasing years later, still very user-friendly and functional for both visitors on the front end and me on the back end. Today, I continue to have my hosting through Mach 1. Because I don't always have time to stay on top of site maintenance, their managed hosting plans are wonderfully thorough and supportive to ensure everything remains current and up-to-date. Mach 1 stays hands-on and actively involved by providing regular quarterly site audits to identify any issues that have arisen since their last check-in. Nothing slips through the cracks with them. It gives me peace of mind to know site updates, performance and security are being maintained and optimized even when I don't have time to keep up with things myself. The team at Mach 1 has always been easy to reach and work with, and extremely supportive and quickly responsive to all of my concerns, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
