I called Mango 4 times to schedule maintenance of a system they installed and after a week with no call back, I went to another vendor. The other vendor performed the maintenance the next business day.

We have Mango Security Systems in our two homes. If a problem, such as a power failure or a low battery triggers a phone call from the monitoring service, I'm very glad to contact people I know and trust, not some nameless faceless remote bureaucracy.Recently, we had such a call when we were out of state and Mango fixed the problem right away. They have keys to both houses and I trust them implicitly and trust in their knowledge and expertise.

Right from the beginning meeting with Steve, talking about what Mango offered, what we wanted and what was a suggested system for us, we knew we would be in good hands. The process and installers were top notch, a beautiful job, no wires showing. The guys were neat, polite, extremely hard workers. All questions were answered and clear directions on operating the system.We highly recommend going with Mango. Very pleased.
