Unfortunately my experience with Matthew Rupp Consulting was not ideal to say the least. Apart from complaining about his smaller clients he was unorganized and unprofessional in handling the office. Was hired but then left alone in the office for days never being orientated or given a clear objective as to my role. Was told I would be paid weekly but it took 26 days before I ever saw a paycheck. Being let go from this position was a blessing I had never felt more frustrated at a job in my life. I hope his next assistant is given a better opportunity to succeed.
