Great cafe but main meals not cheap. Good coffee and cake and great good value cream tea. Not many general interest shops.

This is a small collection of shops, a cafe and other businesses. It’s worth popping in if you are passing along the A281. There is a picture framing shop, a florist, a bike shop and a gift shop just to mention a few.

Bricks restaurant at Smithbrook Kiln is a brilliant stopping off place to meet up with family etc half way for lunch. A small but varied menu. Good food. Attentive staff pleasant atmosphere. Just been refurbished. Good value.
